Respondent's Motion for Leave to File Amended Response to Rule to Show Cause is hereby denied. At the Bar's request respondent's probation is hereby terminated and Teresita Rousseau is hereby suspended from the practice of law until such time as F.L.A. certifies that she is able to practice law. Respondent's suspension shall be effective thirty (30) days from the filing of this order so that Respondent can close out her practice and protect the interests of existing clients. If Respondent notifies this Court in writing that she is no longer practicing and does not need the thirty (30) days to protect existing clients, this Court will enter an order making the suspension effective immediately. Respondent shall accept no new business from the date this order if filed.
